Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any services offered by ra2 through https://ra2.wine or our mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the ra2 platform.
These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and ra2 as the platform operator. ra2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The ra2 platform is exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. Users below this age are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services offered.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
To fully access ra2 services, you must register with true, accurate, and current information. Each user is allowed only one registered account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts without notice.
You are fully responsible for your password confidentiality and all activities conducted with your account. ra2 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account use. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
Users are prohibited from:
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt ra2’s systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate the platform.
- Transferring or sharing accounts with others.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts, and ra2 reserves the right to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
Payment and Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on ra2 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ra2 supports local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and internet banking transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to ra2’s current policies and may change from time to time.
Deposits are usually credited to your account within minutes after bank confirmation. However, ra2 is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or technical disruptions beyond our control. Withdrawals will be processed within the specified timeframe and are subject to successful user identity verification.
Ra2 may require identity document verification before approving any withdrawal requests for compliance with anti-money laundering laws. All transactions are recorded and viewable in your account history. Any transaction disputes must be raised with ra2 within 30 days from the transaction date.
Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
Ra2 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform free from technical errors or downtime. The platform is provided "as is" and ra2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use our services, including losses from betting outcomes.
Ra2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account under the following circumstances:

- At the request of relevant legal authorities.
- Users failing to verify their identity upon request.
- Accounts inactive beyond the period specified by ra2 policy.
In cases where an account is closed due to term violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on ra2’s internal investigation. Users with valid account closures may appeal through our customer support channels.
